Yogurt is a Good medicine for stomach irritation

Yogurt is a fermented product made out of milk .It is prepared by mixing bacterial culture in the milk. To prepare  this one needs to first boil the milk then cool it and after that the bacterial culture needs to be mixed in the milk and finally needs to be left to ferment for few hours. Its consumption increases during the summer. It is very healthy as no preservative or salt is mixed with it, one can have it in the breakfast or lunch. It is good for digestion because it increases the good bacteria in our intestines which make us healthy. It can be digested easily than milk .It is more nutritious than milk.It increases vitamin B and is a source of protein. Frozen yogurt tastes awesome during the summers.



Yogurt is used as an ingredient while preparing many dishes, curd drinks and also in the desserts. Use of it in the dishes makes them delicious. It is very good for stomach irritation and constipation. These are also available in the market and in different flavor but they have preservatives mixed in it .They are not pure as compared to the homemade one  so obviously they are not as healthy as the home made ones. They are very beneficial for health in many ways like it prevents urinary tract infections, it also keeps the blood pressure in control, it restores good bacteria level etc. One can have it plain, or can mix it with fruits or honey or can make raita with cucumber, onion, tomato etc. It can be also used for beauty purpose like to cure acne and pimples, use to remove dry scalp and dandruff, use on dry skin and can remove blemishes, and can also soften the skin and make it supple.


My Yogurt is a yogurt parlor in San Diego which has many kinds of flavored and frozen yogurt. Not only this item they also keep ice creams and pastries in their parlor.
